$10000 and up Free* December 5th
$5000 to $9999 7% December 5th
​
​$3000 to $4999 (with exceptions) 10% December 5th
$2000 to $2999 12% Nov 1 / Dec 1 split
A 15% fee will be charged for any early booking orders that are cancelled after 28 days from the date of the order.
Claims must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
One claim per invoice.
Claims made after November 25th will not be accepted.
All claims and adjustments are made to the final payment.
*Ultra High freight zones do not qualify for free freight.
