Cottage Carvings is a line of hand painted resin Santas, designed by wood carver Dave Francis. Each Santa begins as an original wood carving - those carvings are sent to our factory where they begin the replication process.

The first step is creating the mold - each mold is created directly from the original wood carving. Once the mold is created the Santas are all hand painted to exactly match Dave's original painting.

 

For over 30 years, Dave has crafted an original and instantly recognizable style of carving and painting. His signature 9" Tall Hat Santas are by far the most popular style.
